Qualifications

• educated to degree level or possess equivalent relevant professional experience
• proven track record of successful leadership in a senior management role
• strong record of driving income generation and developing long-term strategies for commercial growth
• excellent commercial awareness and ability to develop business cases and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the school’s commercial activities and maximise income from non-core operations
• Work with senior leaders to develop a diverse portfolio of commercial opportunities
• Oversee residential lets, event bookings, facility hires and holiday camps
• Develop pricing levels and concessions for commercial hires
• Identify new revenue streams in collaboration with internal colleagues
• Plan workloads, monitor progress against objectives and report to senior leadership
