Job summary

St Leonards School is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth delivery of commercial activities, lettings and events. You will manage from enquiry through invoicing, working with Estates, Facilities and Catering to maximise the Enterprise Fund.

With 3-5 years in commercial operations or events, you will drive compliance, client communication and post-event feedback while supporting the Commercial Enterprise Manager and Shop operations.

Qualifications

• A levels/Highers or equivalent.
• Degree in business related discipline is desirable.
• 3-5 years experience in commercial operations or events management.

Responsibilities

• Run and support commercial events to high standards of delivery and safety.
• Oversee events as main client contact; evening/weekend work as required.
• Ensure insurance, legal, risk assessment and health & safety obligations are followed for all events.
• Advise client on budget spend (hospitality and insurance costs) when required.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event meetings with stakeholders and manage invoicing.
