Job summary

Imperial Recruitment Group is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the division’s commercial performance, including strategy execution, contract management, pricing and business development for profitable growth.

You will coordinate across commercial, finance and operations to ensure compliant delivery of objectives and act as a central point of contact for contract governance, ensuring value creation for the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within multi-site or group structure.
• Strong track record in contract negotiation and pricing strategy.
• Experience interpreting complex commercial data to drive performance.
• Solid knowledge of contract law, procurement and project finance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy execution and contract management to ensure profitable growth.
• Oversee pricing, market analysis, and business development activities for the division.
• Coordinate with commercial, finance and operations to ensure compliant execution of objectives.
• Prepare and present commercial performance reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
• Negotiate and manage key customer and supplier contracts, mitigating commercial risk.
• Support development of standardized processes, templates and governance controls across the division.
