Job summary

Sky is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to shape and execute strategic initiatives across Sky's Assisted Channels. You’ll partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Trading to interpret performance data, develop business cases, and drive decision-making.

The role involves GTM planning and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, effective delivery and impactful customer outcomes.

• Highly numerate with a strong grasp of commercial metrics and the ability to turn inputs into a clear story.
• Creative and analytical thinker who can deliver practical solutions.
• Strong communicator who influences stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future strategy for assisted channels and identify long-term opportunities.
• Build business cases and assess commercial impact with Trading, Commercial and Finance teams.
• Plan and execute Go-To-Market initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Create clear, engaging content from presentations and reports to explain the ‘why’ behind plans.
