• Leading the end-to-end servicing of complex commercial risk portfolios, delivering high-quality, tailored client outcomes.
• Partnering with Client Managers and Directors to understand client needs and shape service plans, presentations and strategic advice.
• Managing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, negotiating with insurers for best terms.
• Developing marketing materials, clearly presenting risk profiles, proposals and placement strategies.
• Proactively reviewing and improving client programmes to strengthen coverage and growth.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring compliance and a high-performing team.
