McLaren Racing in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner - Commercial to lead planning and performance insights within our Commercial Finance team.

You'll be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong analytical capability, delivering budgets, forecasts and robust reporting using Workday and Power BI, partnering with senior stakeholders to enable agile decision-making in a high-performance environment.

Qualificações

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable providing insight to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate financial plans and reporting to support management decisions.
• Build relationships across the Commercial Business Unit to support adherence to financial plans.
• Own delivery of Commercial Finance monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles.
• Review month-end close processes with wider Finance teams for accuracy.
• Develop internal Workday and Power BI reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and provide insightful challenge.
