Job summary

McLaren is seeking a Commercial Finance professional in Woking to build accurate financial plans and provide management with decision support. You will report into the Commercial Finance team, partner with licensing, business development and marketing, and lead monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles.

You'll bring ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial results against budgets and ROI proposals.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for long-term objectives.
• Partner with licensing, business development and marketing to protect budgets.
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles for Commercial Finance.
• Develop internal Workday and Power BI reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across Finance.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships to support decision-making.
• Turn data into insightful information for stakeholders.
