The ideal candidate will combine hands-on cloud experience with architectural judgment to drive roadmaps, platform health, and scalable SaaS capabilities. Hybrid work with regular office presence is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of platform engineering concepts.
• Experience building and operating SaaS platforms.
• Strategic planning and roadmapping for cloud platforms.
• Azure preferred, other cloud environments considered.
• Architectural understanding and long-term strategy setting.
• Developing new services and capabilities for platforms.
• Delivering reliable, secure, and performant platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Line management of a cross functional team - covering Infrastructure and Software disciplines.
• Platform as a Product and driving value for internal customers.
• Understanding and appreciation of Cloud Platform Principles.
• Experience enabling teams to go faster safely.
• Azure preferred, other Cloud environments considered.
• Architectural understanding and roadmapping for platform capabilities.
• Setting long term strategy and delivering platform improvements.
• Developing new services and capabilities for scalable platforms.
• Deliver and maintain reliable, secure, and performant platform improvements.
