Job summary

DVF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Architect to shape our technology strategy and deliver secure, scalable cloud platforms. You will translate business goals into an enterprise Cloud & Infrastructure Platform roadmap and lead strategic delivery with global stakeholders.

This senior role demands strong architectural credibility, governance expertise and the ability to influence senior IT leaders across a large organisation. Hybrid working across London.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience across technology architecture and engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in cloud computing.
• Ability to translate goals into a Cloud & Infrastructure Platform roadmap.
• Experience establishing architecture governance, standards, risk management & best-practice frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-year Cloud & Infrastructure Platform Roadmap.
• Lead delivery of the Roadmap with cross-functional teams.
• Establish architecture governance and technical standards.
• Lead architecture teams with internal and external specialists.
• Develop technical blueprints, reference architectures and standards.
• Work with external partners on decisions, cost and strategy.
• Ensure essential services are designed, delivered and available.
• Provide clear estimates for timelines, dependencies and effort.
• Forecast capacity and anticipate future demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and security.
