Job summary

Hunter Douglas Europe, UK based, is searching for an experienced Infrastructure Team Leader (Server, Storage & Cloud) to drive standardisation, modernisation and resilience across a diverse European environment.

You will lead a regional team, set technical direction and ensure secure, scalable platforms aligned with our global strategy. This role sits within the Infrastructure Leadership Team and offers exposure to major transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong technical expertise across Windows Server, AD, storage, virtualization and cloud (Azure).
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management and vendor management.
• Degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; relevant certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional infrastructure team across server, storage and cloud.
• Drive standardisation and consolidation of tools, processes and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across AD, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery services.
• Establish infrastructure standards, service levels and best practices.
• Support data centre modernisation, cloud adoption and infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Champion automation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams across the EMEA region to drive change.
