TipTopJob in the West Midlands is partnering with a client to appoint a Platform Engineering Manager with a Platform First mindset. The role offers hybrid working (twice per week in the office) and a strategic leadership remit over a mature team.

You will influence architecture, delivery speed, and platform health while sustaining high-quality outputs. Owners will drive cloud platform initiatives, set roadmaps, and ensure reliable, secure SaaS platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Line management of a cross functional team covering Infrastructure and Software disciplines.
• Platform as a Product with roadmaps and outcomes.
• Understanding and appreciation of Cloud Platform Principles.
• Experience enabling teams to go faster safely.
