The role combines hands-on cloud platform work with senior leadership responsibilities in a mature, delivery-focused environment.

You will guide platform strategy, roadmap delivery, and platform health, with hybrid working (office twice weekly). Azure preferred, with openness to other clouds.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cross-functional Platform Engineering team.
• Strong cloud platform engineering background and hands-on capability.
• Ability to set long-term strategy and roadmaps for platforms.

• Line management of a cross-functional team covering Infrastructure and Software.
• Deliver and maintain reliable, secure, and performant platform improvements.
