Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) seeks a Clinical Development Lead, Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases (CVMD) to shape and execute the clinical development strategy across global programs within Diagnostics. You will lead large-scale studies, engage with health authorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver clinically differentiated solutions.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD) or PhD in cardiology, metabolic diseases, obesity or related fields.
Experience in CVMD diagnostics or the pharmaceutical industry.
Clinical study management across global trials and protocol design.
Leadership of large, complex development programs and cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of global standards and regulations (ICH-GCP, IVDR/MDR, FDA, NMPA).

Responsibilities

Drive the clinical development strategy for large-scale studies and complex programs in CVMD.
Lead health authority interactions and global regulatory submissions.
Forge strategic partnerships with international KOLs and external partners.
Oversee communication strategies for clinical studies and publications.
Champion innovation, develop IP strategies, and optimize clinical processes.
Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and expertise.
