Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Clinical Development Lead to shape clinical development strategy for innovative diagnostic solutions across cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. The role is based in Burgess Hill, with travel up to 25% and responsibilities spanning global programme leadership and external collaborations.

You will drive clinical utility definition, evidence planning, and interactions with health authorities, while mentoring colleagues and coordinating publications and congress

Qualifications

• MD/PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience leading global programmes and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, IVDR/IVDD, MDR, FDA and NMPA.
• Experience with IVD/medical device clinical studies.

Pay Rate: £305.93 - £331.10 UMB / £231 - £250 PAYE basic

Length of Contract: 12 Month

About You:

• MD or PhD in cardiology, metabolic diseases, obesity or a related field.
• Strong CVMD experience within diagnostics, pharma or academia.
• Proven IVD/medical device clinical study experience, including protocol design and reporting.
• Experience leading complex global programmes and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, IVDR/IVDD, MDR, FDA and NMPA.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
