Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) seeks a Clinical Development Lead to shape and drive clinical programs in toxicology and drug testing, including cobas i601 platforms. You will bridge medical insights with evidence generation, translating patient needs into validated diagnostic solutions across global markets.

You will lead strategy, engage regulators, champion real-world evidence, and cultivate partnerships with KOLs to maintain Roche's leadership in diagnostics and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./M.D./D.O./Pharm.D. with 8+ years or a Master's with 12+ years in related field.
• Experience in clinical toxicology, laboratory medicine, addiction medicine, or clinical chemistry preferred.
• Experience designing and leading large, complex clinical development programs across all stages.
• Ability to partner across diverse regions, cultures, and time zones to foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Clinical Strategy for toxicology programs to ensure clinical utility and market differentiation.
• Strategize health authority interactions to accelerate product registrations and regulatory clearance.
• Pioneer Real-World Evidence integration to strengthen product claims and adoption.
• Cultivate partnerships with international KOLs and academic partners for scientific foundation.
• Oversee global communication strategies to reinforce Roche’s scientific leadership at medical congresses.
