Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Clinical Development Lead to shape clinical development strategy for innovative diagnostic solutions across cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. The role is based in Burgess Hill, with travel up to 25% and responsibilities spanning global programme leadership and external collaborations.

You will drive clinical utility definition, evidence planning, and interactions with health authorities, while mentoring colleagues and coordinating publications and congress

Qualifications

MD/PhD in a relevant field.
Experience leading global programmes and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, IVDR/IVDD, MDR, FDA and NMPA.
Experience with IVD/medical device clinical studies.

Responsibilities

Lead global clinical development strategies and complex clinical programmes.
Define clinical utility, intended use and evidence requirements.
Partner with Regulatory Affairs on global submissions and health authority interactions.
Build relationships with KOLs, academia and industry partners.
Lead clinical communications, congresses, advisory boards and publications.
Drive innovation, clinical excellence and early pipeline development.
Coach and mentor colleagues across the organisation.
