• Lead service improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Oversee release management cycles and governance for deployments.
• Promote Agile practices and continuous integration in client-facing settings.
• Lead UKDC team members delivering at client sites with effective collaboration.
• Support transformation efforts and drive adoption of new technologies.
