Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate on the Client Service team in Manchester. You will connect clients with subject-matter experts and quickly deliver insights to inform business decisions.

You will identify and recruit experts, work with Project Managers to tailor strategies for client projects, and build expert profiles for client presentations. English and French fluency, a Bachelor’s degree, and the right to work in the UK are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify the best experts to join our network to support client projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying client requests.
• Use LinkedIn, press releases, case studies and internet searches to locate suitable experts.
• Identify leads and invite experts to join the network for client consultations.
• Screen experts for suitability and develop professional profiles for clients.
