Job summary

Artex is seeking an Account Executive in Transaction Operations to oversee day-to-day operations for a sophisticated reinsurance portfolio within Artex Capital Solutions. You’ll handle contract administration, collateral management, investor reporting, and project delivery, while supervising team members and coordinating with brokers and investors.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and ongoing enhancement of processes and reports to support leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• University degree or reinsurance designation preferred.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in client service environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI or Business Objects experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a team of Transaction Operations professionals for a large reinsurance portfolio.
• Maintain and enhance investor, reinsurance trustee and broker relationships.
• Provide timely, accurate reporting to investors and leadership using Artex systems.
• Draft, execute and record reinsurance, trust and shareholder agreements.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal flow.
• Support refreshment of Underwriting Guidelines, Processes and Procedures.
• Oversee trust account actions and documentation for openings, collateral investment and closings.
• Assist in management of Transaction Operations mailboxes and tasks.
