Job summary

The role emphasizes deep product expertise, proactive problem-solving, and risk-aware client engagement, ensuring efficient service delivery and STP improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in Client Services/Operations or a front-office role in a leading investment bank.
• Experience with a broad range of financial products including Prime Broker Custody, Futures & Cleared Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, FX, and Fixed Income.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of institutional clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Relationship Managers to onboard clients and expand mandates.
• Drive timely resolution of operations, risk, and service-related issues across Prime Services and related products.
• Provide guidance on product capabilities, market trends, and regulatory changes to clients and internal teams.
