Job summary

Bezos.ai is a Fulfilment-as-a-Service platform enabling sellers to connect channels and manage a global logistics network. You will own a meaningful slice of operations end-to-end, building tools and automations that scale without increasing headcount.

Qualifications

• AI-native experience building autonomous tools or agents.
• Ability to own complex problems end-to-end and drive impact.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes in a startup environment.
• Experience building automation, dashboards or playbooks that others rely on.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations across the Bezos Platform, WMS, and dashboards.
• Build automations, Claude skills/agents and workflows to reduce manual work.
• Monitor SLAs with warehouses and carriers and reconcile data across systems.
• Lead data-driven improvements and present results in weekly reviews.
