Qualifications

• 2+ years agency experience in client services.
• Exceptional project management and organisation.
• Strategic thinker with ability to challenge briefs.
• Brilliant communication and relationship-building with clients and teams.
• Experience managing creative/content projects and budgets.
• Understanding research and insights informing strategy.
• Proactive, curious with commercial awareness.
• Experience with global or corporate accounts.
• Background in FMCG or integrated marketing.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across markets.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of 2–3 client accounts, building relationships and becoming their day-to-day contact.
• Leading global and corporate projects from retail strategy to content delivery.
• Managing multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Working with creative, strategy and content teams to translate briefs into clear plans.
• Bringing structure to complex projects, managing content, approvals and deliverables.
• Managing budgets, scopes and deadlines, anticipating challenges.
• Occasionally handling faster-paced FMCG and shopper marketing projects.
