Job summary

Got The T-Shirt is hiring an Account Manager to join its global retail team, managing the running category for a world-renowned sports brand. The role is hybrid, with Leeds or Manchester as base and a salary of £31–37k.

You will own client relationships, drive campaigns from brief to delivery and coordinate across strategy, creative, 3D, artwork and production for rollout across markets.

Qualifications

• Agency-side account management experience required.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple projects.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Able to adapt to different stakeholders and timelines.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own and nurture client relationships, acting as day-to-day partner.
• Drive global retail campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Manage timelines, budgets and multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate across strategy, creative, 3D, artwork and production.
• Write clear briefs to align internal teams.
• Share market and industry trends to shape work.
• Collaborate with international teams and travel within Europe when needed.
