Job summary

Citywire is seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to own relationships across Insights and MPS products. You will be the main contact for key accounts, manage renewals, and drive user engagement to maximise value from financial data offerings.

You will onboard clients, translate data structures into practical workflows, coordinate data collection, and contribute to data-led content such as newsletters and events. Strong Excel and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, or client relations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Good understanding of financial markets or wealth management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Insights and MPS clients and manage renewals.
• Onboard clients and translate data structures into practical solutions.
• Coordinate data collection and onboarding of data providers.
• Manage recurring publications and share insights via newsletters/events.
• Keep CRM updated and relay feedback to the product team.
