Job summary

Larking Gowen LLP in Norwich seeks an experienced Manager to join the Business Team. You will lead a portfolio of key clients, coach staff, and ensure delivery of services to high standards while aligning with the firm's strategy.

Working with Senior Management and Partners, you will develop the client base, recruit and develop the team, and shape resource planning to meet demand. A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) and significant PQE are essential.

• Undertaking firm-wide responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Coach and support team members, manage performance reviews and development plans.
• Oversee and deploy resources; liaise with Senior Management and Partners.
• Support business development; contribute to tender proposals and client-facing activities.
• Mentor seniors and assist in talent reviews and specialist area development.
• Ensure CPD compliance and share experience across the firm.
