Job summary

Larking Gowen in Norwich (or Fakenham) seeks an experienced Manager to join the Business North team. You will lead a portfolio of key clients, coach staff, and drive growth while ensuring high-quality client service and effective resource deployment.

You will work closely with Senior Management and Partners, shaping service delivery, identifying opportunities, and mentoring colleagues to develop their capabilities within a supportive, proactive firm culture.

Qualifications

• Significant post-qualified experience within practice.
• Experience of managing a team and development of staff.
• Proven leadership with role-model behaviours.
• Extensive networking and building relationships with referrers.
