Job summary

Empathy is seeking a Senior Client Marketing Manager to build and lead the strategic client marketing function, interfacing with Client Success, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, and clients. You will translate insights into strategy that drives launches, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.

You’ll own the operating model for client engagement, set goals and metrics, and use data to continually improve how Marketing delivers client value across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client marketing or related discipline.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate client needs into a marketing strategy and communications plan.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic client marketing function and align with Client Success, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Product.
• Own the client marketing operating model across the lifecycle with scalable processes and touchpoints.
• Develop client advocacy programs including stories, testimonials, and references.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging and campaigns drive activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.
