Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Client Leadership Business Director to manage key client relationships and oversee the delivery of integrated media campaigns. You will act as the primary client liaison, provide strategic insights, and ensure campaigns align with business goals while leading cross-functional teams to drive satisfaction and growth.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, mentoring junior staff, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships, serving as a primary contact for the client and represent the client needs to other internal teams and external stakeholders
• Oversee integrated media strategies aligned with client goals, ensuring multi-channel campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet performance targets
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, prepare and present performance reports and offering insights and recommendations
• Understand client business goals, challenges, and market dynamics, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members and coordinate and guide cross-functional teams for effective campaign execution
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on current and upcoming industry trends, sharing relevant insights with the client
