Qualifications

• Numerate with careful and accurate information handling.
• Experience supporting digital media, marketing or project coordination.
• Familiar with digital channels and data-driven marketing.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to maintain trackers and materials.
• Clear, proactive communicator able to work across time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; early-career candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support O2O project delivery by gathering inputs and tracking timelines.
• Coordinate local market presentations and material on new digital capabilities.
• Document campaigns, capabilities, testing opportunities, and raise questions with the Account Manager.
• Maintain O2O trackers and turn pilot updates into shareable learnings.
• Collaborate with media, content, data and analytics teams for integrated delivery.
• Prepare clear client and internal updates, meeting materials and status reports.
• Review campaign and pilot performance and note outcomes and follow-up questions.
• Keep project documentation accurate and up to date per team processes.
