Job summary

Vertical Advantage is expanding its client leadership team with a Senior Client Director to own a portfolio of strategic clients and drive commercial growth. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Client Success, Strategy and Delivery, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in insights, media measurement, analytics, or market research.
• Proven track record of growing strategic client accounts and delivering results.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Consultative approach with senior decision makers.
• Experience with data-led products or insight platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key accounts and maximise client value from the platform and insights.
• Lead and develop the Client Success and Insights teams to deliver outcomes.
• Translate data and campaign insights into actionable recommendations for growth.
• Identify and convert commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Commercial and Ops teams to deliver client success.
• Drive revenue forecasting, planning and portfolio performance.
• Advise clients on measurement, effectiveness, and growth strategy.
