Reserv is an insurtech redefining claims through AI and automation. We seek a seasoned QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team in a client-facing role, identifying systemic issues before they affect customers and driving meaningful improvements across accounts.

You will conduct hypothesis-driven audits, partner with account management, lead root cause analysis, and present actionable recommendations to protect revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of claims adjusting experience across multiple lines of business.
• Strong understanding of exposures, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
• QA/Audit background or experience in quality assurance/review.
• Analytical skills to identify patterns and root causes in complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present findings to leadership.
• Strategic thinking with ability to see details and big picture; hypothesis development.

• Proactive issue identification through strategic target audits across accounts, lines of business, and exposures.
• Hypothesis-driven investigations and detailed audits to validate findings.
• Strategic analysis across exposures, LOBs, and client reviews requiring seasoned claims judgment.
• Account management collaboration; serve as trusted quality advisor.
• Lead root cause investigations and present findings with actionable recommendations.
• Follow through to ensure action plans are executed; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate across teams to drive improvements and protect revenue.
