Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Business Development Director to generate new business within our Change & Transformation practice. You will engage senior stakeholders, shape large-scale transformation opportunities, and drive growth through strategic wins.

You will lead discovery sessions, deliver tailored proposals, and collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role in London.

Qualifications

• Experience selling transformation, change, or advisory services to large corporate clients.
• Ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and shape strategic opportunities.
• Proven track record of building high-quality sales pipelines and delivering proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Change & Transformation space.
• Lead discovery sessions and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to position Gallagher’s offerings.
• Develop compelling proposals, pitches, and board-level presentations.
• Collaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to ensure successful handovers.
• Represent Gallagher at industry events and expand market presence from the ground up.
