Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell £1.5m+ annually in consulting revenues.
• Experience in operational improvement or ROI-driven change projects.
• Strong leadership and senior-level client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a defined sector practice, generating c.£2m+ revenue annually.
• Engage with C-Suite leaders for large-scale transformation projects.
• Mentor consultants and embed management systems across engagements.
