Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking a Transformation Consultant to plan, deliver and embed meaningful change across client organisations. You will focus on change management, plus operating model development, process redesign and organisation design, working with multidisciplinary teams across technology, data and strategy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering change management on transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability across different types of work and teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organisational environments.
• A collaborative, human-centred approach and curiosity about how organisations work.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of change management activity, including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments and adoption tracking.
• Design and deliver communications, engagement and training to help people adopt new ways of working.
• Map current-state processes, identify pain points and design future-state processes.
• Support target operating model development, including governance and roles.
• Contribute to organisation design work and transition planning.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions for alignment and momentum.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and track benefits.
• Create executive-level presentations and client deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and Slalom delivery teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership and AI-related delivery improvements.
