Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Principal within the Transformation team in the UK to lead engagements across workforce planning, organisation design, HR advisory and talent optimisation. You will own client relationships with senior executives, shape proposals and develop our offerings while guiding teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner with CHROs and HR leaders to diagnose challenges, design practical solutions, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading workforce planning, organisation design, HR advisory or talent engagements.
• Proven track record of owning senior client relationships and leading projects and teams to successful outcomes.
• Business development experience, including identifying opportunities, shaping proposals and supporting sales.
• Ability to connect people and organisation decisions to wider business strategy and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills with credibility to advise senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of engagements across workforce planning, organisation design, HR advisory and talent, with accountability for outcomes and commercial performance.
• Own and grow senior client relationships, advising executives and CHROs.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and skills capacity analysis, including AI and automation impacts.
• Design structures, roles and transition plans to implement organisations.
• Advise on operating models, processes and HR transformation initiatives.
• Shape talent strategies including career frameworks and succession planning.
• Ensure change adoption through engagement and implementation milestones.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities, scope engagements and lead proposals.
• Develop propositions and thought leadership, representing Slalom at events.
• Lead, coach and develop consultants within the Transformation team.
