Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Principal in Transformation to lead engagements across workforce planning, organisation design and HR advisory. You will work with executives and CHROs to diagnose challenges, shape solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will own senior client relationships, shape proposals and grow the offering, spotting opportunities and developing our propositions for a future-ready workforce.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading workforce planning, organisation design, HR advisory or talent engagements.
• Proven track record of owning senior client relationships and leading projects and teams to outcomes.
• Business development experience, including identifying opportunities and shaping proposals.
• Ability to connect people decisions to broader business strategy and outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing scope, budget and risk.
• Solid analytical skills with data-driven approach to HR work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client engagements across workforce planning, organisation design, HR advisory and talent, ensuring quality and commercial performance.
• Own and grow senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and HR leadership teams.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and help clients plan future skills and capacity, including AI impact and practical plans.
• Design organisational structures, spans and layers, roles and transition plans to implement them.
• Advise on operating models, processes, policies and capabilities including HR transformation and tech-enabled change.
• Shape talent strategies, including career architecture and succession planning.
• Ensure changes land well by working with change management colleagues on engagement and adoption.
• Identify new opportunities, scope engagements and lead proposal development.
• Develop propositions, methods and thought leadership; represent Slalom at events.
• Lead, coach and develop consultants within the Transformation team.
