The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in Swansea is seeking a change management professional to support organisational change across project teams, operational colleagues and senior stakeholders.

You will identify stakeholders, assist in defining readiness criteria, lead change activities and ensure benefits are realised, while enjoying flexible working options and strong professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of objectives, activities and timeframes considering needs and ideas.
• Ability to integrate change into operations to realise benefits.
• Develop, maintain schedules accounting for dependencies and resources.
• Systematically identify and monitor risks and issues and mitigate them.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and include them in the stakeholder engagement plan.
• Assist the PM and business/end users in defining readiness criteria before implementation.
• Lead business change activities and collaborate to achieve benefits and outcomes in the business case.
• Champion best practices and provide expert advice to the project team.
