Job summary

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) invites applications for a Business Analyst (FTC / Full-time) to join the Change team within the Finance, Strategy and Change division. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, drive strategic project delivery, and support continuous improvement initiatives across Jersey's financial services regulator.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, lead benefit realisation with clear KPIs, and help to embed Lean Six

Qualifications

Demonstrable background in business analysis and associated qualifications.
Ability to negotiate, mediate and tailor explanations of complex processes to the relevant audience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Responsibilities

Drive successful strategic project delivery by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Utilise structured workshops to elicit and refine requirements for measurable outcomes.
Lead benefit realisation by identifying and evidencing qualitative and quantitative measures.
Adapt to evolving priorities and support operational excellence delivery.
Build trust by communicating transparently and aligning stakeholder expectations.
Support training colleagues in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and embed continuous improvement.
