Job summary

Babble is seeking a Change Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute organizational change management for strategic initiatives. You will engage stakeholders, prepare adoption plans, and work with the PMO, HR, Communications, and project teams to embed new ways of working.

You will develop change strategies, training approaches, and governance artifacts to minimize business impact during delivery and ensure benefits realization across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in organizational change management or transformation roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement; influence without authority.
• Experience with impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption tracking.
• Ability to design and deliver communication and training plans.
• High level of organization and cross-unit collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develops change management strategies and plans with PMO alignment.
• Identifies stakeholders, change readiness, and adoption risks.
• Defines change scope, objectives, and success criteria with sponsors and PMO.
• Facilitates stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Coordinates with HR and Communications for messaging and campaigns.
• Delivers workshops and training to drive adoption.
• Reports on change progress per governance cycles.
