Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions is supporting a well-established public sector organisation in recruiting a Course Programme Manager on a permanent basis. The role is London-based with hybrid working (3 days on site per week).

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes end-to-end.
• Strong instructional design background with adult learning principles.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of senior leadership programmes.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses to identify capability gaps.
• Design curricula with TOs, EOs, KLPs and Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Develop blended, scalable learning solutions beyond traditional classroom delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align with organisational priorities.
• Create evaluation frameworks showing behavioural change and business impact.
• Manage timelines, risks and external supplier relationships.
• Ensure quality assurance, governance and regulatory compliance.
