Job summary

Navan seeks a forward-thinking Change & Communications Manager to connect colleagues to purpose, culture, and goals. You will craft multimedia communications and lead end-to-end change for initiatives across a diverse hybrid workforce, turning complex objectives into clear narratives.

With 2+ years in change management or communications and a preference for Prosci/CCMP, you will coach stakeholders, measure impact, and drive enablement with data-informed approaches.

Qualifications

• Two years in change management or internal communications and two years in customer service.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP is preferred.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear narratives and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications and change requests aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Create multimedia content including video, newsletters, visuals, Slack updates.
• Develop tailored change plans for a hybrid workforce and deliverables.
• Build relationships across teams to understand needs and impact of change.
• Analyze data to measure engagement, sentiment, and enablement time.
