Navan seeks a forward-thinking Change & Communications Manager to connect colleagues to our purpose, culture, and operational goals within a dynamic, travel-focused environment. You will create engaging internal communications, lead end-to-end change management for initiatives of all sizes, and coach stakeholders across the organization to build resilience and alignment with strategic roadmaps.

You'll develop tailored change plans for a diverse hybrid workforce, turning complex product changes

Qualifications

• Two+ years in change management or internal communications and at least two years in customer service.
• Change-management certification such as Prosci or CCMP is preferred; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage communications and change requests across channels and align with the strategic roadmap.
• Create multimedia content (video, newsletters, visual assets, Slack updates).
• Develop tailored change plans for a diverse hybrid workforce and translate complex objectives into clear narratives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and coach teams to embrace change.
• Measure and improve performance using qualitative and quantitative data (engagement, sentiment, enablement time).
