The role requires ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with significant senior leadership experience and a proven track record in strategic financial planning and commercial decision-making. Responsabilités

• Provide financial leadership and governance across the organisation.
• Lead the three-year financial and strategic planning process.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, reporting, forecasting, controls and governance.
• Lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting and performance analysis.
• Develop and lead the organisation's investment strategy.
• Oversee robust financial modelling and commercial evaluation of key projects.
• Provide insightful commercial analysis to the CEO, Board and leadership team.
• Lead, develop and inspire the finance function and culture.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, controls and reporting.
• Strengthen commercial finance capability and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop a proactive business partnering culture across the organisation.
• Collaborate with the wider executive leadership team to support growth and performance
