Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners is confidentially seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a private equity-backed infrastructure business. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will oversee finance and procurement across the Group, partnering with shareholders, lenders and the Board to drive strategic financial leadership as the business grows and prepares for exit.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a globally recognised chartered status.
• Experience as CFO/Group Finance Director in a complex organisation.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments, with investor reporting exposure.
• Significant treasury, funding and debt management experience.
• Strong leadership of large, dispersed finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, governance, reporting, treasury and procurement across the Group.
• Act as strategic partner to CEO and Board, supporting long-term planning and value creation.
• Manage relationships with shareholders, lenders, auditors and advisers.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and financial performance.
