Mark Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-backed infrastructure business to recruit a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will partner with the CEO and investors to drive transformation, performance improvement and value creation.

The role focuses on evolving the finance function, planning, forecasting, performance analysis and financial reporting to enable informed decision-making and strong cash generation.

Qualificações

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/ACMA.
• Experience as CFO or Finance Director in energy/infrastructure/industrial environments.
• Track record in business transformation and value creation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial and commercial transformation, partnering with CEO and investors.
• Develop planning, forecasting, performance analysis and reporting for board and leadership.
• Oversee cash generation, working capital, investment decisions and financial risk.
• Develop a scalable finance function and simplify processes to improve performance.
• Translate strategy into priorities, plans and measurable outcomes.
