Job summary

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd. is working with a high-growth, PE-backed technology-enabled business to appoint a Group Director of FP&A in Central London. Reporting to the Group CFO, this role shapes value creation, performance, and growth strategy across the finance function.

You will lead FP&A, drive forward-looking forecasting, scenario planning, and robust MI for the Board, with exposure to M&A, financing, investor engagement and potential CFO succession.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA preferred).
• Demonstrable track record building/scaling FP&A capabilities in PE-backed businesses.
• Experience supporting fundraising, debt refinancing, M&A or other strategic transactions.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insight.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders including boards, investors and lenders.
• Experience in acquisition activity, due diligence, and exit preparation processes.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group FP&A function and support strategic finance initiatives.
• Develop forecasting, budgeting and performance management cadence.
• Create robust financial models and scenario planning.
• Provide insights to Executive Team, Board and shareholders.
• Drive profitability and growth through data-driven insights.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives including automation and AI-enabled analytics.
• Ensure readiness for investor relations and exit opportunities.
