Job summary

Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a PE-backed B2B technology business that is entering an important development phase and seeks an experienced CFO to lead the finance function and work closely with the CEO, Board and investors as the business scales.

The CFO will oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting and controls, while continuing to develop the systems, processes and team to build a high-performing finance function that supports the next phase.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA).
• Proven CFO/FD experience in PE-backed B2B tech, software or services.
• Experience building finance functions, systems and teams.
• Strong commercial focus with ability to influence decisions and report to Board.
• Experience supporting M&A including due diligence and integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting and controls.
• Develop systems and processes to scale finance function.
• Partner with CEO, Board and investors on strategy and value creation.
• M&A evaluation, due diligence and integration oversight.
