• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/ACMA credential
• Experience as CFO in a PE-backed business
• Involvement with M&A including negotiation and integration
• Proven track record in driving growth and value creation
• Experience delivering PE-standard reporting and financial processes
• Strong debt management and covenant oversight

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function and lead commercial finance decisions
• Strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Improve data quality, visibility, and management information
• Sponsor covenant management, liquidity and funding discussions
• Deliver high-quality board and investor reporting
• Lead or support M&A and exit readiness initiatives
