Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of schools across catering operations. You will lead and motivate on-site teams, build strong client relationships and drive KPI performance while ensuring safe, high-quality service.

The role is 52 weeks, Monday to Friday, with DBS disclosure and a competitive reward package. You will need previous catering and operational management experience and a commercially astute approach, ready to roll up your sleeves when

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and operational management.
• Experience managing groups of schools (primary, secondary and colleges).
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and KPI focus.

• Develop and maintain client relationships across sites.
• Lead and develop school catering teams and DBS compliant staff.
