Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as lead category partner for strategic customers, delivering tailored insights to strengthen collaboration.
• Oversee own-brand innovation ranges and opportunities for customers.
• Champion shopper needs; ensure behaviours drive category development.
• Leverage financial, category and consumer data to inform range reviews, promotions and innovation.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and supply chain for execution of category strategies.
• Build and enhance relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• Monitor category performance with regular data-driven updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize ROI and achieve KPIs for site-based teams.
• Promote best-in-class commercial practices within the team.
